I'm a full-stack UX product designer in Seattle. For 20 years, I've been figuring out how to make complicated things make sense—first through words, now through end-to-end experiences.

I joined Microsoft in 2018 as a content designer on Power Apps. From there, I embedded content design guidelines into Fluent, the company's design system, shaping how hundreds of products communicate with people. That work led me to Azure databases, where my role as content designer has since grown into product design, spanning service design, content strategy, UX research, and interaction design.

I still believe every product has a story worth telling. I collaborate with designers, engineers, and researchers, and use words—and everything I've learned about systems—to create experiences that earn customer trust.
